Brian: As you can probably tell by now we are going to be talking about the biggest movie in the world at the moment which is Spider-Man far from home. We're going to kick it off with initial thoughts and reactions and we're gonna start with Mateo

Mateo: I enjoyed myself. It wasn't as good as Homecoming and I expected more. I really really really really liked homecoming. Homecoming set a new bar for Spider-Man movies for me. I also felt kind of Mandarined again with the drones and stuff.

I. Ryan yeah lock something else and I'll be like a kid yeah so %HESITATION you know today right now we're at six hundred and thirteen million in sales of this movie so it's it's gonna easily probably top of billion as the last I don't know five or six Marvel movies is done %HESITATION I'm on the same boat as you guys is definitely not as good as home coming it's it's a good movie but homecoming really did set the bar high and I mean to the point where we got a kid from you know from London playing this role he's got a better queens accent then Tobey Maguire and everyone else is played a role but I you know I I like the fact you could see that he still reeling from Tony staff and of course trying to see if he's going to be the next great adventure are a banjo venture so right now right right around it by all that Tony or can't fucking help but remember you know the very green and out adds it's a temp temp going to I like how the star of the movie off explaining the blip because I think that was the biggest question was how they gonna do home coming after it's five years later now the movie is they just made him all redo that year when John yeah and you know I'm Mays relationship with happy I really really did enjoy that trying to keep it a secret even though they make it painfully obvious to everybody else around them and I you know I thought Gee Gee all did a good Mysterio I'm actually not a huge J. John off and I do think he's a good actor hearing that I mean it's just not all these terrible actor it just depends on the roll he does but you know I I like how they kind of diverted from the start me on Mysterio comic book line and went to more of the stark industries yeah you know he invented the hologram tack all the credit for it I was reminded of that means for ever when the Riddler he was a disgruntled employee you know I mean you can't you but yeah I mean I like I do when I've been in as Tim said to the whole kind of snap Tony universe the bills are coming from so that's my take on it's a good movie not as good as home coming and you know now where we're gonna talk about this here in a little bit you know now that a lot of question marks going into phase for the M. C. U. so as far as the mid credits some post credit scenes %HESITATION you know we have a great great cameo from %HESITATION JK Simmons riding his role as J. religion I've belly laugh the more balding version of him and %HESITATION looks like it wasn't exactly the daily bugle but the daily bugle dot that which wouldn't surprise me if it's like the hard copy version of the daily bugle but is actually has expressed exactly and if this is the first M. C. U. appearance on the daily bugle yes it is and I I love the fact it was like they even said it like this upstart like media company daily bugle or whatever and they're like open all this like hate out there like come on man this right out of our time exactly exactly like they made J. about the natural webs and all the differences and all that bullshit but I think he did a good job with what he was given same with Andrew Garfield I think he did a great job of what he was given and what he was given was a big heaping pile ship I'm gonna go into your field because he did the best with what he had and because it was a little quick cash grab that middle little thing that they did on but I I am kind of with %HESITATION Jerry I kinda Tom Hong definitely the perfect Peter Parker and you are really good spider man knew the terrible Peter Parker yes but it's new knives he was cool it was that he was a car asshole funny lady yeah and then %HESITATION you look better in the Sudan Tom Holland does I mean we had somehow looks like a little insect if the wind blew too hard he's gone groaning he would read what the funny thing is though he does more of his own stunts in the yeah which is awesome that's a crazy thing yeah I'm going and you're also spider man Tom Holland Parker I'm gonna go Tom Holland for both %HESITATION because to me Tobey Maguire kind of set a bar out for both obviously he's the first one %HESITATION that are he's a better Peter Parker or better spot but I I I like what they did with the amazing movies %HESITATION I like that they made him sort of a skateboarder so he's got some of his athleticism because Tom Holland and Toby they get bit by a spider all the sudden they can they get huge but I can do back flips and they can you know all these athletic things like you you couldn't do that yesterday I don't know little spiders but all right they got capped out instantly injured are feels it will do a front flip down from the three point line beat that but I think what they did was you know with Andrew they tried to correct the problems with Toby and Tom hauling kind of balance both of them out %HESITATION I like his spider man feels like Peter Parker with a mask on %HESITATION I'd I don't love when it feels like completely two different people like a lot of Batman's right %HESITATION you know I'm glad spider-man's not like they did try yeah download yeah where do you where do you find that stop right there that's not I know a girl stuff like one time Holland for both yeah I agree I agree Tom all across the board and I think it I mean it's kind of unfair because it helps that he had that whole twenty start relationship right you know that that really really really helps I mean you got Robert Downey junior pretty much carrying you but he didn't have to carry on that much and now he's doing it on his own so I mean come on let's do I mean the the Marvel movies and see movies are fantastic I don't want to see anybody could play that role but he did have the advantage where Toby answer didn't they were trying to then they were doing the cast out thing we need to just pop these out granted spider man one is by no means you were great but you know he does have the advantage of being an MC you I will say that that's true so but I mean I I do love him as Peter Parker so I do have an actual animal mention now I like him he's the best Peter Parker but to me the older version of Peter Parker the best one is Jake Johnson in into the spider shot with the sweat pants the whole nine yards I figure that's with spider man would you like yeah Nick Miller I think he's a perfect like our age version of spider man after going through break up in eating pizza and just chill and save the world over and over again I guess he was leaving like living in a shell of our he was fucked up and just be like I'm tired and then as far he's the O. F. fighter man I mean it was the first movie to do you know to do a hundred million the first weekend and really set the bar high for more comic book films because I mean think about it before that there was little the only a handful of good like legit good comic book movies metal blade and number two Batman movies and that's it I mean we're talking five good way like good movies based on comic considering what six seven all right so we are gonna be talking about our favorite billion or villains in the entire spider man universe slash multiverse so I was going to start this one I gotta go vulture Michael Keaton is a monster %HESITATION you know we've said this throughout the show move it up and I mean that the guy obviously I've been a huge fan of his since Beetlejuice and of course %HESITATION the original first you Batman but I thought he was the quintessential villain in that movie to be you know the dad but also such a bad ass like this in a car we turns around for your whole family just how calmly as in that's a cool right yeah yeah that's one of the creepiest scenes and yeah %HESITATION yeah see you but it was delivered in all honesty because that reminded me of when teddy long was feuding with the undertaker the front of the limo and he looks in the back he's he's driving the limo and tell you doesn't know what he's like where to teddy well yeah I mean that that scene alone and I think I remember seeing that because that was in the previous two what not like that seems a little bit a little bit of it but it was I well that that was a big like a minute but it was delivered so well as a dad myself I hope I can give up that kind of intimidation to someone that's going to take my daughter out so %HESITATION but yeah I gotta go with Walter to be exciting to think he needs to be more prominent in the spider verse and as far as the movies go I'd I agree is older %HESITATION I think I love him because he's just trying to make a living he's not trying to take over the world is not trying to take over stark industries arise you just trying to make some cash yeah %HESITATION you know it it almost makes you sympathetic to the villain for probably the first time in the M. C. U. %HESITATION and they hit you with it at the very beginning right yeah yeah it's ousted in and yeah hold on him it's just out of the gate %HESITATION I think moving forward I hope we get a sinister six I hope they pull Craven I think that could be %HESITATION rear Craven why so by itself wow %HESITATION no just moments of my mobile no nevertheless I would maybe say bear and fall but I want him to be Punisher he's got to stay there so good please stay there I love %HESITATION I was one of the villains that go after Peter Parker not spider man right %HESITATION I think Jean pen would be great green goblin growing up to me was always his like number one spider man one and three kinda dampened that course genom and carnage that combo would be incredible if I can get it right if they can get it right I know the only ones to bring Tom hardy in and I don't want that at all %HESITATION what's his name the carnage yeah maybe thanks yeah %HESITATION yeah I think they got a lot of a lot of bolsters the top billing in the inspiring movies %HESITATION my favorite villain in the comics was definitely Dakar he had an axe to grind and he was way smarter than fucking Peter partner and he used that at every turn love that shit %HESITATION in the movies I don't know I'm teetering on doc out from spider man two in Norman Osborn from fucking of wearing one I mean you got Willem Dafoe sucking Craven in the future and I really hope they get out of park with him because he's a fuckin while men and I'm just really fascinated with people that think they can be state they can do a better job
