Cosplay Mashups: Double The Character, Double The Fun! 

Harley Quinn in Super Mario World? Overwatch D.Va in Gotham city? No, you are not missing any crazy comic book edition! But all that is possible when you merge 2 characters into 1: that’s a cosplay mashup!  Looks so much fun and it actually is! Imagine to be able to get the best of both worlds when it comes to choosing your favorite character to cosplay  If you are into it, here are 3 tips to do cosplay mashup and having double the fun while doing it: 

1) Chose the characters: they can be related – like Harley Quinn and Ivy Poison – or have nothing to do with each other – like video games meet comic books! There are no rules to it as long as you have fun!
 

2) Mixing it up: how to translate 2 characters in one cosplay? Take the most recognizable item of each character to add to your costume. This is that you can represent both of them! It can be a prop, make up or outfit

3) Play with it: the coolest part about cosplay mashups is to imagine that your character is visiting some other universe that you won’t see on any movie or read in a comic book. That is the creative and most fun part so enjoy it the most while role playing and telling a whole new story.
